IMIYALELO

• I-resin ye-7937 ayinazo izongezo ze-wax, i-accelerator kunye ne-thixotropic.
• I-resin ye-7937 ifanelekile ukunyibilika kubushushu begumbi kunye nobushushu obuphakathi. Ukunyibilika kubushushu obuphakathi kulungele ngakumbi ulawulo lwemveliso kunye nokuqinisekiswa kokusebenza kwemveliso. Icetyiswa kwinkqubo yokunyibilika kubushushu obuphakathi: i-tert-butyl peroxide isooctanoate TBPO (umxholo ≥97%), umxholo we-resin we-1%; ubushushu bokunyibilika, 80±5℃, ukunyibilika ubuncinane iiyure eziyi-2.5. Iarhente yokudityaniswa ecetyiswayo: i-γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane KH-570, umxholo we-resin we-2%.
• I-resin ye-7937 inokusetyenziswa ngokubanzi; kucetyiswa ukuba ukhethe i-resin ye-7982 okanye i-o-phenylene-neopentyl glycol 7964L eneemfuno zokusebenza eziphezulu; kucetyiswa ukuba ukhethe i-m-phenylene-neopentyl glycol 7510 yokumelana kwamanzi aphezulu, ukumelana nobushushu kunye nokumelana nemozulu. I-resin; ukuba izixhobo zinokuhlangabezana neemfuno, nceda ukhethe i-resin ye-isophthalic 7520 engaphantsi kwe-viscosity, engabizi kakhulu kwaye esebenza ngcono.
• Kwinkqubo yokuvelisa imveliso, emva kokufudumeza nokucocwa, kufuneka ithotywe kancinci ukuya kubushushu begumbi, ukuze kuthintelwe ukupholisa ngokukhawuleza, ukuthintela ukuguquka okanye ukuqhekeka kwemveliso, ingakumbi ebusika. Ukusikwa nokupholishwa kwelitye le-quartz kwinkqubo yokuvelisa kufuneka kwenziwe emva kokuba icociwe ngokwaneleyo.
